ABOUT
RICWOG PROJECTS

A proudly South African textile and sewing business creating quality products with passion, purpose and a commitment to our customers.

A sewing and textile business built from passion, skill and purpose.

Ricwog Projects is a business currently based in Midrand, Gauteng, with the intention to expand to other provinces in South Africa and eventually globally. The company focuses mainly on manufacturing bags and other sewing projects.

The company started operating on a small scale and informally in 2014, sewing and selling mainly imibhaco, Xhosa traditional outfits, accessories and heat-retaining bags from a small room at home. Due to the increase in demand and passion for sewing, Ricwog Projects was officially registered in 2016 by Mrs Nomanono Carol Qasha

Mrs Nomanono Carol Qasha

Mrs Qasha was encouraged, inspired and trained to sew and fully utilise her God-given talent and capabilities by elderly women at church.

Her sewing mentors, prayer support and entrepreneurship guidance helped shape the foundation of Ricwog Projects.

Mothers from Alexandre Assemblies of God really inspired me and took it upon themselves to train me, they prayed for me, and instilled in me the entrepreneurship mindset and spirit.
